Dawn M. Harris, QKA

As Manager of Administration of KB Pension Services, Inc. (KBPS), Ms. Harris supervises and supports the staff with day-to-day pension administration and annual government reporting and compliance.

Ms. Harris joined KBPS in March of 2016 with over 25 years of experience in working with all aspects of ERISA qualified retirement plans.  Prior to joining KBPS, Ms. Harris held various leadership roles with small to mid-sized Third-Party Plan Administrators throughout the Midwest and Southeast Region.  The last position held was an Account Executive for a small Third Party Administrator overseeing compliance, plan administration, and implementation.

Education

Ms. Harris earned her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science/Psychology from Minnesota State University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Phoenix.

 

Organizational Involvement

Ms. Harris is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Ms. Harris holds the designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).
